This is an excellent all around piece of equipment to help support the low back for core work. It is also great for lower body work and a great option for knee rehabilitation to strengthen muscles that support the knees.

STRETCH STRAP
This stretch strap is made “in house” by my mom! These stretch straps make stretching easy and effective. With the wide handle to support wrists it’s very comfortable to hold on to. These stretch straps come with a free 15 min stretch video and provide instructions on how to use it.

MINI BANDS
Great for adding variety into your workout. These bands have a lot of grip to avoid rolling up. Great for working on glute and hip strength as well as some great upper back and core variations that you can find on the online classes and in the studio.
