Personal training is one on one instruction each time you come into the studio. No matter what the problems are, no matter how you feel that day, my job is to train you safely and effectively each and every time.

WHAT IS A

Personal Customized Fitness Program?

A customized program is a workout plan designed for your fitness level, no matter what the case may be. You will go through a program with a personal trainer and have that program to do on your own wherever you do your training. Whether it’s at home, at the gym, outside, or on the road, the trainer will adjust the program to those wants and needs. You will be designed a safe and effective program that can be changed as often as you’d like!

This will include an instructional video.

Personal Fitness Programs start at $135

A program will be designed and recorded and a YouTube link can be sent to you!

Available in Studio + Instructional Video

You will come into the studio to be shown the program. 

Approx 45 min session

In Studio with Video Customized Program: $170

WHAT IS

Group Personal Training?

Group Training is a personal training session that is done in a group setting. A maximum of 9 people are in the group. 

Everyone has their own station set up with a spin bike, a set of dumbbells, bands, TRX, Bosu, stability ball, bender ball, gliders and more! We also work with the pulley system, weight benches and more! These group training sessions are really great value for only 36.00-40.00/class.

If you are brand new to strength training, PERFECT! I may suggest a one on one session to start, then you will be all set. An online consult will be sent to you before beginning any class.

Also available online on our online studio. Your own equipment is required, and Excel Fitness will let you know what is recommended. A great way to keep up with your strength training when you cannot make it into the gym.

THE STUDIO
Training is done in the spacious 1900 sq ft studio. New expansion in summer of 2020. Everyone has their own equipment and station with group personal training.
